I believe every mother deserves the opportunity to enter her breastfeeding journey feeling prepared, educated, supported, and confident.

I am currently creating a breastfeeding education curriculum that will guide mothers, families, grandparents, and birth support teams through the foundations of breastfeeding before challenges arise.

This curriculum is designed to help families understand:
• What breastfeeding can look like
• How to prepare before baby arrives
• How families can provide meaningful support
• Where to seek help when questions arise

The goal is simple: no mother should feel like she has to figure breastfeeding out alone.
